A recent study found more than half of Australians feel the need to hide a part of who they are at work. As one of Australia’s most progressive employers, SBS wanted to change this by promoting an inclusive environment within their workplace.
As creatives in an industry facing its own inclusion issues, we were more than happy to help. Working alongside the team at SBS, we created a campaign to drive behaviour change within SBS, while pioneering inclusive practices for all of Australia.
