SBS, already known for its diversity, wanted to talk about what comes next: creating a culture where people don’t have to hide to belong.

We used a recruitment brief to challenge the box-ticking mindset of Australian business. The film didn’t explain inclusion. It made people feel the cost of hiding who they are at work.

A message for one workplace became a question for every workplace.
